Additional instructions & Requirements on FFPE slide
- Sample size requirements :
- ≧10 μm-thick, 5 slides/ sample
- Sample submission :
- Each slide shall be stored and properly labeled on micro-centrifuge tube (5 tubes total)
- Provide HE stain imaging data or slides. (Slide returned after sample confirmation)
- Minimum surface area of at least 5×5 mm for each slide sample.
- ≧ 30% of malignant tumor content on each slide sample.
- ≧ 80% nucleated cellularity on each slide sample.
- Avoid necrotic area.
- Provide at least 5 sample slides (10 microns each), or with total 50 micron if stacked up. For slide samples don’t meet criteria 2) and 3), please ensure surface area of at least 25 mm2 are provided.
